Spa Etiquette

● Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to allow enough time to complete a profile form and relax before your appointment.  To ensure relaxation, we encourage you to only be accompanied by those who will be receiving a Spa Treatment.

● To maintain Serenity of the space, we kindly ask that you turn your cell phone off upon arrival. 

● All Spa Packages will require a 50% deposit at the time they are scheduled.  There will be no refunds for Packages cancelled in less than 48 hours.

●Due to the sensitivity of our products, all retail products are non-refundable and not exchangeable.

Cancellation Policy
 
Please keep in mind that each appointment is specially reserved for you.  We do ask that you give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
